BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Dr. Galluccio Richardson was educated in Italy, England and the United States. She speaks English and Italian fluently and has a good working knowledge of French and Spanish, having conducted psychotherapy in all these languages. Her extensive experience with diverse populations has allowed her to establish a comfortable and productive relationship with clients from different backgrounds. Her awareness of cultural nuances makes her exceptionally skilled in servicing the needs of New York's diverse population.

Dr. Galluccio Richardson received her Ph.D. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. She trained at:

The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland;
The Children's Hospital of Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey;
Bellevue Hospital, New York University's Child Study Center and the Albert Ellis Institute in New York.

Dr. Galluccio Richardson is licensed as a psychologist by the State of New York. She is a Certified Supervisor in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and she is Clinical Instructor of Psychology in Psychiatry at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University and Professional Associate at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.

As of January 2008, Dr. Galluccio Richardson has been serving as the Vice Chair of the Association of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, in the UK and has opened her private practice in North London.
